The tremble became a shiver, fear or delight – sometimes it’s hard to tell. The body just follows what the soul wants.

She felt him before she heard him – physically at her back, his presence enveloped them.

“If you’re going to share my bed, there’s two things you should know about me, Kiki. When I give you an order I expect you to obey.”

His words crawled over her skin leaving goose-bumps in their wake. Menace and sex all rolled into one.

“And misleading me is not in your best interest.”

    (in my house, it would be, “my feet are like blocks of ice” and “I rattle windows when I snore. The neighbor’s windows” . . . no wonder I enjoy reading erotic fiction. 😀 )
